This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find parking. I’ll definitely return for Christmas!

Ask for a room with a street view for lively morning scenery, and don't miss exploring the nearby local markets.

missingWrote a review on Nov 01spacious roomsoundproofed windowsdated furniture
The room provided a decent level of comfort, being spacious with well-soundproofed windows. The shower had all typical en-suite amenities.
Bathroom repairs were badly needed. the shower head barely reached shoulder height, caulking was cracked and yellowed, and the furniture felt dated. Breakfast options were scarce and often not replenished, leaving little choice. The television in the room didn’t work for a hotel at this price point.

the location is fantastic, really close to hanoi old town and beer street. the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was decent size with comfy bed. laundry service was quick and good value for money. definitely a good option for exploring the city.
the breakfast could've been better and had limited options. also, the hairdryer in my room was old and didn't work too well.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful making our stay enjoyable. We had a great view of the train tracks creating a unique atmosphere during our time there.
The breakfast was quite small with limited options not satisfying my expectations for a hotel of this rating. Occasionally, the train noise could be intrusive during the day.

I really enjoyed my stay with the comfy Family Suite and the nice breakfast spread each morning. The spa offered a great range of massages that helped me unwind completely after a long day. While I found the Wi-Fi a bit slow sometimes, it didn't stop me from having a wonderful time! 😊

The Superior Queen Room was spacious and had well-soundproofed windows. I appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and coffee every day. The shower was well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep, but the sheets could've been cleaner. it was a nice place to relax after exploring the city.

Comfortable stay in a great spot
We stayed for 2 nights, and it was pretty good! The room was spacious with a comfy bed. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and night market. The breakfast options were simple but decent. One thing to note, though— the hair dryer was kinda outdated and didn’t work great. The bar area looked inviting too!
